Our refund and returns policy
At Hemsleys Jewellers, we work hard to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the item in its original condition for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.
Any returned watches or jewellery are subject to inspection, and all original packaging must be in perfect condition prior to store credit being issued.
Any item that has already been sized or engraved cannot be returned or refunded.
All sale items, and all items that are financed, are considered Final Sale.
NOTE: Some limits apply on “Special Order” and/or “Special Size” items (i.e. rings). Please contact us for more details.Items purchased online cannot be exchanged or returned in-store. If you are experiencing a change of heart, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number in the subject line.
