A: Yes! Hemsleys is proud to offer a one-year manufacturers warranty on all our jewellery items. All watch brands sold in-store and online offer full manufacturer's warranties, as well.
Because Hemsleys is an authorized retailer of each brand we carry, we are also able to honour their specific warranties, as shown below:
- Alpina: Three Year Manufacturer’s warranty.
- Baume Et Mercier: Two Year Manufacturer’s warranty & Eight Year Manufacturer’s warranty on all Baumtic movements.
- Bell & Ross: Two Year Manufacturer’s warranty and Five Years on BR-X5 models.
- Frederique Constant: Three Year Manufacturer’s warranty.
- Hamilton: Two Year Manufacturer’s warranty.
- Longines: Five Year Manufacturer’s warranty.
- Montblanc: Two Year Manufacturer’s warranty.

The warranty can be extended to a total of 5 years for Manufacture Calibres and 3 years for ETA & Sellita movements by joining the NORQAINER Club at www.norqain.com/norqainer-club and registering your watch within one month after the purchase.

Q: How do you ship?
A: All Hemsleys’ packages ship with Fed-Ex. Due to the high value items, we ship Priority Overnight in discreet packaging with no branding on the box and provide customers with a tracking number.
All packages are fully insured and require an adult signature upon delivery. Orders over $1,000 CDN are eligible for free shipping within North America.

Q: What does it mean if my item is on backorder?
A: We try our best to ensure we have all items in stock for quick delivery. However, because many Hemsleys items are handmade by artisan jewellers in our two factories, they require time to craft. If an item is purchased but is backordered, our team will immediately put it into production. While shipping times vary, we aim to provide you with your purchase between 2-4 weeks.

A: All watch brands that we represent online and in-store are certified and authorized by the brands themselves. We are Authorized Retailers for all watch brands listed and deal directly with them as well.
