43.5mm stainless steel case, automatic movement, grey dial, red rubber strap with folding buckle.
Oris and expedition swimmer Ernst Bromeis are going their own way to raise awareness of the importance of water, with the release of the Oris Aquis Date Relief, a high-quality diver’s watch.
Oris is proud to announce a new partnership with the swimmer and water ambassador Ernst Bromeis, a man who has already swum the length of the Rhine and is now working on ‘The Blue Miracle’, a series of swims that will form a campaign to raise awareness of water. These will start with a 800km swim across the world’s largest freshwater lake, Lake Baikal. The swim will take him 60 days and the water will measure a chilly 12 degrees Celsius.
The Oris Aquis Date Relief is inspired by the colour and feeling of water. The grey dial recalls the colour of a stormy sea, while the watch’s signature diving scale numerals in relief are a reminder of the texture of water, as well as its elemental role in all life.
The Oris Aquis Date Relief is a high-performance diver's watch inspired by Oris's quest to raise awareness of the importance of water. Its dial colour reflects the colour of stormy seas, and it features a new bezel design with a minutes scale in relief. Oris is proud to be supporting expedition swimmer and water ambassador Ernst Bromeis, who'll be wearing the watch for his 'The Blue Miracle' campaign swim across Lake Baikal.
